How we select our trainees

Following shortlisting successful candidates will spend a day with members of the partnership, including staff from the University and schools. They will be introduced to key members of staff and find out more about the course and how they will be assessed. They will undertake a short written assignment and literacy and numeracy tests. They will spend time with children and staff in one of the schools and have a half-hour interview with university and school staff.
